“Gutter Fight” Concealment Pistol and Close Fighting, Alliance, Ohio

One Life Defense LLC presents “Fighting in the Gutter” Close Fighting and Concealment. Hosted at the world-class Alliance Police Training Facility, A medium level course covering the primary elements of “in-fighting” with and without a pistol, a highly likely scenario when dealing with an attack of criminal violence. This is a hands-on type of concealment pistol course that will also cover combative technique when the gun cannot be immediately retrieved, as well as the mindset required to work fast and hard when bodies collide in close battle. The Combatives modules will cover hand-to-hand pass and control techniques as well as working with/defending against a blade. The Criminal Combat Culture lectures will be covered in this course.
9AM to 6PM Saturday, 9AM to 5PM Sunday, 500 Rounds Total for 2 days

Separate Range fee of $25 per day will apply to Alliance Police Range that you must pay directly to the range

-Introduction to Fighting Footwork in the public/unpredictable environment
-The clinch, underhook and pass
-Skill builders for in-fighting
-Violence of Mind Lecture: What Concealment REALLY means: Concealment of Skills, Capabilities, Intentions and Gear
-Defense and Knives: They suck (Brief and drills for defensive positioning)
-Drills and Scenarios for the concealed pistol
-Managing a chaotic environment
-Violence of Mind lecture: What the Criminal knows about concealment/ -Moving with a low signal
-Skill Builders for concealed pistol on the Square Range
-Testing
-Final Brief and AAR

Requirements:
Open Enrollment for Active duty or current concealed carry license
500 rounds pistol ammunition
Suitable duty grade pistol, belt and concealment holster (dress for daily life)
Spare mags (carried in whatever manner you carry while concealed)
No tactical gear that you do not carry in daily life (TQ is encouraged)
Hydration and Snacks
Electronic Ear Pro and ballistic eye pro
Small notebook and pen for note taking

Please show up on the range at 8:30AM so you are situated and seated in the classroom at 8:50AM.
