The Monthly Fitness PDF was created to help those who could not, for whatever reason, enlist the personal help of a professional coach or trainer but wanted some direction in their workout programming. Each month I will create a new PDF that includes a 4 week cycle of Level 1 and 2 workouts, along with some explanation notes, schedule charts and progress tracking tools.

The Monthly Fitness PDF was created to help those who could not, for whatever reason, enlist the personal help of a professional coach or trainer but wanted some direction in their workout programming. Each month I will create a new PDF that includes a 4 week cycle of Level 1 and 2 workouts, along with some explanation notes, schedule charts and progress tracking tools.

This programming is designed to help you achieve greater health and athletic performance that specifically applies to self-defense (sudden combat) and daily life/labor. The workouts are derived from my work in the fitness industry starting with my first gym job in 1995, through being a full-time trainer beginning in 2005, and working with hundreds of clients of different types, lifestyles, limitations and goals through those years. That knowledge is coupled with my experience in fighting, criminal violence, and traditional strength and conditioning for combat. This program adheres to the 7 PROVRBS Principles: Progression; Regularity; Overload; Variety; Recovery; Balance; and, Specificity.
